Dice Magazine trekked out to the East Coast to celebrate the release of their latest issue, number 77. So many people, both friends and new faces, came to our shop last Friday to join the celebration during a night that was full of laughs, beers and of course, bikes.
The party was a great precursor to the following day’s Easyriders show here in Charlotte, where we brought home some hardware. The “Best in Show” award was handed to us on Saturday as the event was coming to a close, opening the door for us to attend their Columbus stop for a chance to win all the marbles. More to come on that.
To wrap up the weekend and to send our friend Dean off in true southern-fashion, the crew hopped on our bikes in slightly chilly weather to enjoy a ride up to Love Valley, an old horsetown, about an hour north of Charlotte. Like many rides, we ran into a few issues, mainly a flat tire on Dean’s Panhead. But, he kept ‘er right side up and we all ended up home that night unscathed, albeit a little tired.
Overall, we’d say it’s another successful weekend in the books! If you came by to the shop for the Dice party or stopped by our booth at Easyriders, thank you for the support. We can’t wait to do it again. In the meantime, we’ll be planning our next shenanigans and we want you to be a part of it with us. So, stay tuned to for regular updates on whatever we get ourselves into next.
