Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Prism Supply reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase.
  • Discontinue products at any time.
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Product colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will display colors accurately.


Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed through our website.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information when placing an order.

If we make changes to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

To process a return or exchange:

  1. Visit our Return Portal.
  2. Follow the instructions provided.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process your exchange as applicable.

For exchanges, a separate invoice may be sent to cover return shipping costs.


Shipping Policy

We do our best to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Domestic Shipping

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and high order volume may affect transit times.

Tracking updates may occasionally lag behind actual package movement. If tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using USPS and DHL.

DHL is generally a faster and more reliable international shipping option. Customers who require expedited delivery or more consistent tracking updates are encouraged to select DHL during checkout.

International shipping times vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local delivery carriers. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Customs delays are outside of our control.
  • Tracking may temporarily stop updating while packages move between countries.
  • Some countries process inbound shipments slower than others.
  • International shipments may take several weeks to arrive after leaving the United States.
  • USPS international shipments may experience longer delays than DHL shipments.
  • Some USPS international shipments may be transferred through GlobalPost during transit.

Once a package enters the destination country and is transferred to the local postal service or customs agency, customers may need to contact their local carrier or customs office directly regarding delivery issues, customs holds, or lost package claims.

Prism Supply is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or held after transfer to the destination country’s postal system or customs agency. We will still do our best to assist with tracking information and reasonable support whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT fees, customs charges, or other fees required by their country.

If a package is refused because of unpaid duties or taxes, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be rerouted or reshipped.
  • If a package is returned to us, we will contact you regarding reshipment options.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Prism Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary.

We are happy to provide tracking information and supporting documentation whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the packaging and damaged product.
  • Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
