At Prism Supply, we stand behind the quality of the products we design and sell. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we offer the warranty coverage outlined below.
Prism Supply–Branded Products
- Petcocks — Guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship.
- All other Prism Supply–branded parts — 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or use
- Accidents, negligence, or modifications
- Use outside the intended purpose
- Cosmetic damage occurring after purchase (scratches, dings, finishes affected by chemicals, etc.)
Third-Party Products
Some items we sell are manufactured by other trusted brands. For these products, Prism Supply will honor whichever warranty is greater — our 1-year warranty or the manufacturer’s stated warranty. (For example, certain electrical components may include a 2-year manufacturer warranty.) Specific warranty terms may be listed on the product page.
How to Make a Claim
- Provide proof of purchase from Prism Supply or an authorized Prism Supply dealer.
- Email orders@prismsupply.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
- Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.
If your item qualifies for warranty coverage, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. If it’s outside the warranty window, we’ll still do our best to help with repair options, replacement parts, or a discount on a future purchase.
Notes & Additional Info
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
- We may request that the product be returned for inspection; return shipping may be required.
- This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
