We recently decided to build a chopper from parts we had laying around the shop. To make things more interesting, we wanted to challenge ourselves to see if we could build it in one single day.

We did do a little prep by making lists of everything we would need ahead of time and we mounted tires to the wheels beforehand. But, other than that, no work was done ahead of time.

We started the day with a straight leg panhead frame and a goal to end the day with a running/riding motorcycle. Can we build a chopper in a day? Watch now to find out.
