Here's a clean solution for mounting your license plate while keeping it illuminated and legal. The frame is made from cast aluminum and available in your choice of matte or polished finish.

Wiring:

Just connect the red wire to the running light wire from your taillight or any other +12v source. The wire can be routed to exit anywhere around the perimeter of the bracket, making it easy to achieve a clean setup.

The LED board contains a unique connector that allows you to swap wires out to run our Vintage Cloth Covered Wire.

No need for a separate ground wire, the LED grounds through the bracket itself.

Crazy easy to install and the quality is superior! The parts show up fast and you can just tell how solid they are. No cheap made stuff here.

Great Frame

First off the packaging & presentation is impressive; the product itself is equally beautiful. It looks vintage without being campy. It’s got a nice weight to it, without being heavy. It’s firm and sturdy, not at all flimsy. Quite simply to install and wire up. I was able to tap into the Magic Box (I’m such a brand whore) lead to my tail light for power. The light emitted is nice and soft, and casts a nice warm glow on the plate. I ordered the polished version, and found it to not be as glossy as I prefer, but a quick 30 seconds on the buffing wheel with some white rouge produced a mirror finish. The only other suggestion I have for anyone else using this is to notch your plate ever so slightly so the frame doesn’t pinch the wire lead at all. Otherwise it’s a perfect product.
