Edit - pic for Doesn't fit 1998 Evo-Custom rigid frame w/Vance & Hines Exhaust

Here's a pic of the existing setup. You can see where the forward controls tab bolts are located in relation to the exhaust. These controls put the peg and pedal forward of the tab. The Sling Shot drops them down and to the rear.

Doesn't fit 1998 Evo-Custom rigid frame w/Vance & Hines Exhaust

Excellent craftsmanship, definitely worth it if you can get it to fit with your exhaust setup.
FYI - The exhaust curves out away from in front the cone before dropping below the cone and continuing straight back. The bracket for the foot pedal drops down and to the rear of the frame mounting tab. This puts the pedal too close to the header to allow for proper mounting. I looked at some other exhaust implementations. They all appear to follow pretty much the same path. Coming out away from the cylinder and clearing the cone (forward) by close to an inch. I really bummed. This is the hinge pin to completing the conversion to a jockey shift/foot clutch(stage 1) and then stripping all of the crappy switches and buttons off of the handlebars (stage 2). I don't have high hopes for finding exhaust pipes that will work.

Awesome product

Can’t believe spent that much money for a bracket luckly I already had Wagner master cause they dint give you any thing else but the hardware no pad no master anything way to overpriced for basically a bracket

Legit brake

I really like the setup on the brake controls and the shifter control. I bought the weld on tabs and foot mounts, but it would be awesome if somehow you could mount pegs directly to the controls instead if having to fab a place for your feet. But highly satisfied.
