During the teardown process, we inspected and cataloged each item diligently and, during that process, we uncovered a couple of things; the engine was in better condition than we imagined and the vast majority of original components were in good condition and able to live again.

With the production of our in-house parts and collaborations with friends like Harley-Davidson and Dice Magazine on projects such as Bronco Bronze, we really don’t have a lot of time to devote to building custom choppers these days. In fact, it’s hard to find time to work on our own projects. But, when our friend Ryan hit us up with his thoughts on a Panhead he’s been dreaming up, we couldn’t turn down the chance to stretch our legs and help bring his vision to life.

We introduced this 1952 Harley-Davidson FL Hydra Glide in October 2020 when told the story of Prism Supply owner, Jake Hides, buying the bike from the seller who passed it off as a “pile of rust”.
Today, we’re working closely with Dice Magazine and Harley-Davidson to do a mechanical restoration on Bronco Bronze as we’ve affectionately named it as a node to the factory paint color “Bronco Bronze Metallic” it proudly boasts.
Our Cyclone Handlebars came to fruition because we wanted to make buckhorn-inspired handlebar with classic styling, but with tighter bends and lots of pullback.
