Hold on there!!

This is a great looking unit! Sturdy and well constructed! By your/own instruction, the cone unit may require modifying the exhaust pipe. I would think that including a spacer between the frame mounting tab and the bracket would alleviate this; and, provide better access to the brake pedal.
IMy other suggestion would be to add another mounting hole, in the bracket, to install a rideable forward foot peg. Same for the clutch pedal mounting bracket.

Doesn't play well with cone shovel exhaust

The term " may have to modify exhaust" is true. It's a good expensive template to modify and build your own
