The mounting holes are 5/16" diameter. It comes with a raw stainless steel finish. It will mount in a variety of different locations but is made to fit on a pre 1985 big twin transmission.  Made to work with our Universal 3-position Key ignition.

Chrome, Functional, Clean

I considered making a similar bracket myself but this thing is already chromed and functional. Fitment was perfect. Hard pressed to beat for the price!
