Orders are typically shipped one business day after the order has been placed. From time to time, we may get backed up a day or two. Please note that all of our orders are packed and sent by real people in a small warehouse in North Carolina.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from original purchase date. Products must be in the same condition as they arrived.

1. Email orders@prismsupply.com with your order number, reason for return, and a picture of the product.
2. We will send you an email authorizing the return.
3. Print a copy of this email to include with your return.
4. Mail return to the address below.
5. A refund will be applied to you when the product is received and inspected.

Exchange Policy
